About Products

What materials are your prodcuts made of?

Our plastic pallets and boxes are mainly made of virigin HDPE or PP.Modified raw material is also available under request.

What is the minimun order quantity?

MOQ is usually 200pcs for each model. Less quantity is acceptable when there is stock.

Are your products compliant with EU/US food contact safety regulations?

Even though our plastic pallets or boxes are not food contact direct material, we adhere to the relative laws and regulations to use non-toxic raw material for our products.

What's the lead time if I place order?

Lead time for a 40HQ (370-1140pcs) is about 5-15 days depends on the style and size of the pallet.

Are there other sizes available apart from the ones on your website?

Yes, more sizes and styles of the plastic pallets and boxes are under development. Please contact us to check for availability.

Custom Private Labeling Services

Is OEM/ODM service available?

Yes. We provide OEM and ODM service to our customer for their project.

What customized service can you provide?

We provide mold design, logo printing (silk screen printing or embossing), customized color and formula for our plastic products.

How long does it take to produce if I give you my design of pallet.

Mold producttion takes about 2 months from production to adjustment. Hence we recommend you to plan ahead of time.

What takes to be a distributor of your plastic products?

You are welcome to contact me for more details if you want to be our distributor.

Do you have exclusive distributor in my country?

We currently have one or two exclusive distributors. Please tell me to where you would like to import out plastic pallets and boxes to check for it.

Is there any other way to work with you?

Yes, apart from reselling, retail or distribution, we also accept commission based orders.

Logistics and Payment

What payment terms do you accept?

We prefer to take payment in advance as mose of our plastic pallets and boxes are customized, whether in color, logo or even size. If other payment terms, e.g. LC at sight, D/P at sight, are mendatory in your country, we will accept that too.

What delivery terms do you support?

FOB term is our priority. Meanwhile, we accept also FCA, CFR, CIF, etc.

How long does it take to ship to my country?

Average shipping time ranges from 7 days to 35 days. We will calculate for you when port of destination is confirmed.

After-Sales Service and Support

What warranty do your plastic pallets and boxes come with?

We provide three-year warranty for our virgin HDPE/PP plastic pallets and boxes.

Who should I contact if quality issue is found when I receive the goods?

Please file complaint to the sales person you contacted for the order and your needs will be forwarded to our technical team for analysis.
